Ryan Novak was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. He went to Appalachian State University where he achieved his BFA in graphic design in 2013. Ryan now calls Charlotte, North Carolina home and has been working with Lowe’s since 2017.

As a designer, he is inspired by solutioning for complex elements and reducing these to a simplistic design, finding enjoyment in providing a more seamless, customer-focused experience.

In his free time Ryan enjoys traveling with his family, playing tennis, giving back to the community, and discovering new, creative techniques to produce compelling drone and video footage for his travel vlog.

We often look at design as simply a final piece that contains only aesthetic value, but often forget that behind this work; passion, failure and determination are the backbone of what makes it so beautiful, providing the viewer an experience they can enjoy and participate in.
